In-Patient Plan -- National Plan

Medicard National Plan is valid for 38 major hospitals located in districts throughout Lebanon.

In emergency cases where hospitalization is required outside the accredited hospitals, Medicard will cover the first 24 hours if the insured can be moved to an accredited hospital. Otherwise, it will grant full coverage.
Medicard allows for the use of any hospital in the vicinity of the insured, who should give us a call on his whereabouts and reasons for using that chosen Hospital; pay his bill and we will gladly reimburse the insured with the amount paid, provided it matches our class offered, our billing system and an acceptable justification for having used the treating hospital in question.
